Annual Trip to Antelope Island

For the past couple years we have made a trip to Antelope Island in the early fall. It is one of my FAVORITE things to do with my kids. It is beautiful, quiet, and open for running and playing! The Buffalo are always so amazing to see. This year I checked Ruth and Ellie out of school so that they could come too. It was so fun, and the buffalo didn't disappoint...
Sooo...Close!

These girls are in love! It is so cute.
"Good night, sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite!"
This bed taught the kids why we have this saying. They LOVED it.
Henry and the hay bailer.
She saw all the animals, so cute.
Sweet kids, thanks for spending the day with me.

1st Day of Preschool

Jack has watched for two weeks now, as Ruth and Hank get ready for school. Today he finally got to join them...

He is growing up so quickly! It is not fair.
If front of his classroom.
The best part of school is some of his friends. Lily is his cousin, and he is most excited to go to school with her!

**I am home with Ruby, and she is sleeping! I didn't know life could be quiet and peaceful, at times!;)

1st Tutu!

Thanks to Swiss Days, Ruby got her first tutu!

I think she loves it!

The BIG dunk!

Yesterday, my baby girl was baptized! Yet again I am left sitting here thinking, "Where has the time gone?" The next question is, "Have I taught her enough?" And then I think, "OH NO! We are just getting started! YIKES!" I hope I can do this. The comfort comes from the knowledge I have that she can do it. This girl is better than me. I really do believe He saved a righteous generation to come in the last days. She shows me that.

We had a great day! She was baptized by her dad. Her Bumpsy, and Grandma spoke, and her aunt Chanel sang. There was such a special spirit there. She was ready, and prepared. What a fun day for a little girl, and her family.

The whole day we were surrounded by some of the greatest examples, and influences in Ruth's life. I couldn't help, but be thankful for the help I have in teaching Ruth. Today I am thankful for the many people the Lord has put into my life to bless the lives of my children! I love you all!
